About the Organisation
At Lovell we work with local authorities and housing associations to create sustainable communities and leave a positive legacy wherever we work. We develop new housing, construct and refurbish people’s homes and create homes for rent, shared ownership and open market sale. Lovell’s expertise is creating large-scale and social renewal throughout the country.
Lovell is part of Morgan Sindall Group plc, a leading UK construction and regeneration group which operates through eight complementary businesses in fields including Construction & Infrastructure, Fit Out, Property Services, Partnership Housing and Urban Regeneration.
About the Role
Lovell needs graduates of the highest calibre to become our future leaders. If successful, you will be recruited as a technical graduate, and will complete a structured six-week induction to the business before focussing on your role.
Working within the technical department, you will work jointly on our sites and at our regional Cardiff office assigned to the technical design function. Your role will comprise supporting technical management and timely progression of mixed tenure residential projects through scheme inception to physical start on site.
You will also be afforded the opportunity to spend placements in broader business departments including business development, commercial, operations and sales to gain an insight into the wider business.
In addition, you will attend graduate programme days at our head office in Tamworth and around the business. You will also complete the Institute of Leadership and Management’s Level 2 Award in Team Leading as an introduction to the world of management and we will also support your progress to professional membership.
