    Job Description

    Version 1’s Digital Skills Academy will push you beyond your barriers. Our revamped programme is designed to upskill our early careers associates in cutting edge technologies to continue to deliver high quality services for our customers.

    Here in Version 1, we have teamed up with training providers to design academies that develop your IT skillsets and ensure you come out with industry recognised certifications. With our Strength in Balance ethos at its core, the programme will provide a framework for the first 18 months of your career at Version 1, with the opportunity to build a strong network with your peers across the business while progressing your career in technology.

    Our programme is open to all*, with the support from our Early Careers team and accredited training providers we want to make a career in technology accessible to those starting out from college, those looking for a change in career, those who are returning to the workforce after an extended period or those that have existing technical skills and want to experience a culture of recognition and reward.

    Each academy will involve a 12-week training programme. The Version 1 Digital Skills Academy perfectly demonstrates the Version 1 difference. We want to invest in you and help you to kick start your career in technology at a Great Place to Work.

    Qualifications

    Here’s what we’ll be looking for:

    • Graduates of BSc (Hons) degree - Computer Science/Systems Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent IT conversion course advantageous
    • completed in the last 3 years
    • eligible to work in the UK and/or Ireland
    • eligibility to travel or relocate across our offices in the EU and UK
    • an added bonus if you had previous IT work experience
