This career pathway will see you become an accredited Protection Adviser within 18 months, with the chance to increase your potential earnings from £24,960 plus bonus to £27,500 plus bonus Amazing, we know!

Your career plan

  • Step One
    • 0 – 6 months – Lead Generation Executive = £24,960 (up to £10,800 bonus benefits)
  • Step Two
    • 6 – 18 months – Health Sales Advisor - £24,960 (up to £18,810 bonus benefits)
  • Step Three
    • 18 months – Protection Adviser - £27.5k (up to £25k bonus benefits)

Starting off as a Lead Generation Executive, you will be contacting potential customers who have enquired about our Private Health/Life Insurance. You will qualify and pass on these warm leads to our team of Health Care Advisers.

After 6 months in the Lead Generation Executive role, providing goals are hit and you have mastered the basics. You will then move on to become a Health Sales Advisor. During your time in this role, you will work towards your first qualification, IF7.

Our Health Sales Advisers speak to potential customers to really understand their needs and advise on which of our private insurance policies meets their requirements. They also follow up on outstanding quotes and managing the on-boarding process. This is a fast-paced role dealing with both individual and team targets.

After 12months as a Health Sales Adviser, you will then have the opportunity to become a qualified Protection Advisor. Again, this will give you the opportunity to gain more qualifications, RO5 and LP2.

The role itself is the pinnacle of everything you have been working towards. You understand the customer journey and our different products so who better, to help them with their protection advice?

You will have the opportunity to make a difference to people’s lives, offering comprehensive and award-winning health and life cover. Naturally with career progression, comes an increase in salary. It is certainly worth noting that whilst you are achieving/exceeding targets, every role comes with a reasonable commission structure to keep you motivated.
