During this placement, you will provide key support to the Product Integration Managers, Product Owners and Senior Product Owners. You will work to ensure the successful implementation and subsequent in life support of products. You will be given the opportunity to work across multiple work streams, providing a fantastic opportunity to develop a multitude of skills and capabilities.
This placement will give the opportunity to see the entire product life cycle from inception to in-life management, working alongside a wide range of experienced stakeholders. There will be a wide variety of work streams to specialise in and, this can be tailored to suit your own preference once you are in the business. Ultimately, this placement year will provide a fantastic starting point for anyone considering a future in Commercial, Business Analysis or Product Owner roles.
What you could be doing
- You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify integration impacts, dependencies and efficiencies of new product delivery across multiple areas
- Support the Product Integration Manager (PIM) in the development of communication and training strategies, operational and technical support models for new product delivery
- You will work closely with Business Analysts to gain an in depth understanding of products, enabling you to become a key contact for the team and provide technical support once a product is live
- Create insight from numerous reporting suites, enabling the Product Owners to make key strategic decisions and strengthen business cases for future products
- You will ensure that products are evaluated and approved by stakeholders such as Risk, Governance and Legal and compliance to ensure compliant product delivery

- You will be enrolled at a University which offers a 1 year industrial placement
- You will be studying towards a Business, Marketing or Tech related degree
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders
- Proven problem solving skills with a focused logical approach
- The ability to work independently, while supporting wider teams
- You’re able to digest large data sets and analyse to identify trends and insight
- Have an interest in change management and the product development lifecycle

What to expect from the assessment process

You will then be invited to complete an online video interview where you have the opportunity to tell us about you and your amazing qualities.
If you are successful after completing your video interview, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre at our Milton Keynes offices. Here, you will complete a Competency Based Interview, deliver a Presentation and take part in a Group Exercise. We’ll provide you with appropriate support and guidance before you attend.
