The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivational, innovative, analytical, and versatile individual to join the New Vehicle Sales Department as a New Sales Technical Support with expertise in digital data analysis.
As a New Sales Technical Support, you will gain insight into all areas of New Truck Sales, building relationships and receiving world class training to suit your needs and development objectives.
You will work alongside the TSE’s and New Truck Sales Admin teams, growing your knowledge of the business whilst contributing to a high performing team. You should have a passion for learning new skills and a desire to advance your career, perhaps working towards becoming a Truck Sales Executive in the future. With a passion for data and analysis your contribution will be invaluable in assisting and supporting the product, team, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the performance and availability of software applications to optimize customer experience.
- Actively support the TSE’s in promoting electric truck sales.
- Develop reporting on product information and updates, ensuring all TSE’s have all relevant information at their fingertips for optimizing electric sales.
- Build effective partnering relationships with TSE’s and complete joint customer visits to support TSEs with technical data and specifications.
- Report KPI’s for the team, market share analysis, training and development and connect issues.
- Network within the region, with customers and the wider industry to showcase what good looks like and celebrate success.
- Innovate and recommend opportunities for improvement through actionable insights for customer journeys, available through ERS and compatibility.
- Optimise the use of CONNECT to enhance our customer experience whilst supporting sales, set up and maintenance. Monitoring, analysing, and improving performance.
- Support the future of sustainable transport by developing the customer charging offer and assisting with infrastructure.
- Plan, co ordinate and play an active role in EV event days.
- Develop and deliver handover training incorporating fuel/energy efficiency driving to improve truck performance.
- Support aftermarket teams in technical fault finding through system intelligence.
- Enhance and support customer trucks through energy reports and analysis.
- Establish objectives in your Business Area aligned to our 2025 strategy and overall vision.
- Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your manager.
