    Responsibilities

    • Appointments and meetings should be planned and coordinated.
    • Organize and arrange digital documents and files.
    • Carry out research and collect data for numerous initiatives
    • Support the team's administration needs as needed.
    • Observe and reply to emails and calls.
    • Help in managing social media
    • Carry out data entry and upkeep activities.
    • Additional tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Exceptional planning and time-management abilities
    • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
    • The capacity to quickly pick up new information and adjust to new procedures
    • The capacity to work unsupervised, remotely, and independently
