    About the Role

    We are looking for a Graduate Intern (f/m/d) to join our local Product Data Management team within our global Electronic Cables and Components (EC&C) business starting as soon as possible in Dundee for 6 months who will support in managing a wide range of data required for our manufacturing processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure the Manufacturing teams are supported with the necessary information and tools to ensure consistency and alignment in our approach
    • Gain experience in product data management and document control
    • Ensure data is gathered, clearly communicated to the key stakeholders within a clear timeline
    • Engage with product, manufacturing, and support teams on a daily basis
    • Work on processes and procedures around data
    • Get the opportunity to experience what is involved to develop a process which will improve our manufacturing processes
    • It is important that you are self-driven and willing to be involved in a wide variety of tasks

    Qualifications

    • You are a graduate student of Engineering, Quality Management or any analytical studies
    • You are passionate about learning new things, are agile and have great communication skills
    • You provide a good balance of creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize
    • You have the attention to detail when dealing with large quantities of data
    • You are willing to research, correlate and deliver information in a meaningful way
    • You enjoy working independently but also have a strong focus on teamwork and inclusion, also in a virtual environment
    • You are confident to take on new challenges
    • You have great MS Office skills, especially with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Ideally you are interested in working with an MRP system

    This position requires access to information or items that are export controlled under U.S. law. Any offer will be conditioned upon Gore obtaining export control authorization for the candidate under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), as required by the position.
