The Opportunity
You will be joining our graduate class of 2023-2026. You will undertake an exciting learning journey to start a career in the housing sector. Our new graduate intake will follow a 3-year structured programme designed to provide the skills, experience, and knowledge needed to develop their career.
You will work on real projects, and carry out real work, with the support of experienced professionals. Developing your skills and building your professional network.

What will you be doing?
As a Finance Graduate Trainee, you will be partnered with a mentor who will help you in the on-the-job activities from day one, and you will attend regular training to help build your core skills. You will gain broad business exposure and will learn through working in a real role.
You will have the opportunity to rotate around our teams, getting the opportunity to develop different technical skills at each team. By the end of your journey, you will have covered a broad remit, ensuring you will get to experience a great breadth of accounting responsibilities, providing a great footing towards developing a career in finance.
