    The role

    • Working as part of the EMEA Insights & Analytics team, this role focuses on our Pay TV channels for kids, working across the Cartoon Network, Boomerang and Cartoonito brands.   
    • The Insight & Analytics team are responsible for providing regular reporting and custom analysis, which help inform strategic and creative business decisions.  
    • Using a wide range of tools and resources, we turn data into insight and bring the voice of the consumer to the wider team.  

    Daily responsibilities

    • Assist in the production and distribution of regular performance reports, providing commentary that contextualises and gives insight into performance trends.  We report across multiple platforms: TV, Video on Demand, YouTube, Web, Apps and Social. 
    • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and requests, supporting stakeholders across departments (scheduling, marketing, ad sales, digital, distribution)  
    • Monitor competitor and market trends  
    • Work with other members of the team on larger projects and presentations 
    • Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as required 

    About you

    • You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2023.
    • A good level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail 
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
    • Very good communication skills, both written and verbal  

    Desirables

    • Understanding of the traditional and digital media landscape 
    • Knowledge and interest in kids’ media 
    • Self-motivated and highly organised
