    The role

    As part of the European Film Marketing team, you will get to develop a thorough understanding of our brand partnership strategy and campaigns, liaise with the local market teams to secure, implement and leverage multi market brand partnerships across EMEA.

    Daily responsibilities 

    • Assist the brand partnership department in the co-ordination, development and implementation of multi market deals across EMEA.
    • Work closely with the local EMEA teams to provide update and guidance on brand partnerships.
    • Work closely with our brand partnership specialist agency to pitch, deliver and execute film promotions.
    • Manage the sourcing and delivery of creative assets to agencies and brand partners from WM systems and inventories.
    • Manage artwork submissions from partners into various formats.
    • Manage film themed merchandise purchase, delivery and invoicing process for sweepstake purposes
    • Create and populate film files and notify key personnel of changes.
    • Research competitor promotional activities.
    • Put together and compile competitive reports on both a timely and ad hoc basis.
    • Prepare pitch or wrap report presentations in Word, PowerPoint, or Excel in preparation for lifecycle meetings and other business as advised.
    • Update film slate and brand partners database.
    • Research prospect brand partners and suggest promotional ideas.
    • Create and update pitch lists.

    About you

    • You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2023.
    • Above all, passion and commitment to go above and beyond to support our team and our exciting film slate.
    • Big love for films and the entertainment industry.
    • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, and some experience of using databases.
    • Well organised and disciplined with the ability to prioritise workload and use time effectively.
    • Self-motivated and work with limited supervision.
    • Able to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner.
    • Analytical and pay close attention to detail including spelling.
    • Confident speaking on the phone.

    Desirable

    • Previous brand partnership knowledge.
    • Business Studies, Marketing and Media Studies or English undergraduate.
