Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, a division of Warner Bros. The role
Support the UK WBIE Marketing team across all areas, such as media planning, asset creation, creative, retail, and social media.
- Be an ambassador for all Gaming related properties across divisions and external agencies.
- Prepare presentations and documents for meetings, product updates and other business as advised, this may involve with liaising with other divisions and agencies to collate the required information/compile assets and materials.
- Attend meetings across UK and EMEA divisions, assist in taking minutes, update and/or present to the team and participate in brainstorms.
- Keep track of the latest brand, media, gaming, and technology news to create regular updates for the team and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Support the team with asset management and creative approvals with digital assets and POS.
- Be a product ambassador and participate in gaming product demonstrations, both internally and externally.
- Support Games Marketing Team in the management of external social agency, social channel strategy, implementation, and execution for WB UK Games Social Channels.
- Nurture effective working relationships with key marketing, retail, and publicity contracts within WarnerMedia UK and EMEA Games Division, plus external agencies, and partners.
About you
- You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2023.
- Working knowledge of Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
- A keen interest in gaming and ability to participate in playing games.
- Well organised and good time management skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, focused and able to work with limited supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
