What you'll do
By joining the Managed Services team, you’ll gain experience in our four main technical functions in a four-month rotation period.
Managed IT Support
Our support team are contactable over the phone or email, where clients can reach you to resolve their technical challenges. We don’t do “tiers”, and we’re more interested in fixing the issue permanently, so you’ll be given the opportunity to own end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution process, empowering you to make a lasting impact and deliver exceptional service.
Managed IT Monitoring and Management
We look after thousands of physical devices, as well as cloud-based platforms, and the network that connects them all together. In this team, you’ll learn how to detect, investigate, and solve performance and capacity issues before they cause downtime for our clients.
Backup Assurance
We keep a close watch on our clients’ backups, and make sure their data is properly protected. In this team, you’ll learn how to troubleshoot and solve problems ensuring our clients’ critical data is properly protected. You will develop a deep understanding of backup systems, tools, and technologies, as well as staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in backup and data protection to contribute to continuous improvement processes.
IT Service Delivery
You have the power to transform a reactive, chaotic IT service into an empowering solution that adds genuine value to our clients' businesses. Our primary objective is to enhance and mature our clients' IT environments by providing transparent risk assessments and proactive assistance. In the Service Delivery team, you'll gain the skills to identify potential risks, conduct in-depth investigations, and present your findings to drive continuous improvement in our clients' IT infrastructure.
You’ll get the opportunity to choose a specialist focus on a major vendor area of technology like Microsoft, VMware, AWS, or Cisco.

- Successful candidates will then be invited to book an Assessment Day by the end of December 2024
- Assessment Days will take place through December 2024 and January 2025 in our Durham, London and Glasgow office.
