    What you will be doing

    • Powering the Event Office: Assign desks, manage meeting rooms, greet guests, and keep the team running at full speed
    • Running Ops: Charge radios, organise stock, manage deliveries, and ensure every item is in place before the gates open
    • Enhancing the Experience: From sourcing items for artist riders to preparing hospitality zones, you’ll shape the way people experience our events
    • Owning the Details: Support planning documents, update schedules, capture meeting notes, and track action points like a pro
    • Bringing It All Together: Help install branding, signage, and menu boards across the site, ensuring every touchpoint looks and feels like 54
    • On-Site Support: Register VIPs, prep the practice range, support Pro-Am experiences and manage key areas like bars or concessions
