What we’re looking for
We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals with the following skills:
- Degree in an appropriate qualification, such as Business, Finance, Strategy or Mathematics (for examples) Minimum 2:2 degree
- Dynamic, collaborative and adaptable individuals with a customer-centric mindset who are proactive and curious
- Business acumen, with a good understanding of business functions
- Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision making;
- Good interpersonal skills, in order to develop and maintain good working relationships with a range of colleagues in other departments;
- A high level of attention to detail
- Proven experience with relevant computer packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
What you can expect from us
As part of the Graduate programme within Just, you will embark on a three year development journey to build your skills and knowledge around some of our commercial functions. During the programme, you will be exposed to different parts of the business rotating at least three times. Each rotation will provide you with an in depth awareness of business strategy, our customers and clients to develop your commercial knowledge and skills.
Throughout the programme, you will be enrolled in a professional qualification linked to our industry, developing your technical skills whilst providing a comprehensive awareness of a Financial Services organisation
