    About the role

    The Publisher Executive is a key part of the Publisher Team; responsible for onboarding new publishers to the network, as well as managing a small portfolio of publishers and reporting on their growth within the business. No day will be the same, you will be handling publisher enquiries; from platform/technical queries, to providing ad hoc support to our publisher mix from the moment they join the network. This is the ideal role for someone relatively new to the affiliate marketing industry and looking to expand their knowledge of publishers and partnerships.

    Role responsibilities

    • Demonstrate strong decision making in line with company goals, social, and environmental best practice.
    • Effectively execute methods to support the growth of publishers with relevant advertisers across the network.
    • Provide publisher support and answer publisher related tickets submitted via the platform.
    • Assist with and help to solve technical, finance and platform queries with Account Management, Finance and Integration teams.
    • Process network applications and ensure that the teams are aware of key opportunities for the advertisers.
    • Obtain and share the latest media kits and opportunities from publishers across the client services teams.
    • Organise and host weekly Publisher Present sessions with our publishers, to ensure that our Account Management team are getting consistent publisher updates.
    • Support with the delivery of publisher related events.
    • Data analysis and reporting - using Webgains platform data to provide performance insights to publishers.
    • Liaise effectively with the Account Management Team to drive program recruitment and test new opportunities to the Webgains network.
    • Manage, grow and report on a small portfolio of mid tail valuable publishers.
    • Ensure that internal documents and publisher guides are updated in line with business needs and for knowledge sharing purposes.

    Role requirements

    Essential

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Demonstrable experience of following processes whilst being agile where required.
    • The capability to prioritise and manage time well within a fast-paced environment.
    • The drive to continually improve productivity and quality of work produced.

    Desirable

    • Experience within the affiliate industry (6months minimum experience either network, client or publisher side)
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • Fluent in another European language (preferred Spanish, German, French or Italian)
