    What you will do

    We are looking for a Finance Graduate which is an exciting new development role within our business. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door in our established Finance team which supports the Weetabix business in delivering its financial targets.

    In addition, as a Finance Graduate you will also be supported through your Professional Accounting Qualifications.

    This role will offer hands-on working experience over 3 years with a rotation across all aspects of the Finance department. Typically, this will include assisting in the month reporting process; helping to produce monthly internal/management reports; assisting with the forecast and budget processes; supporting with the production of the annual report and accounts; and implementing new systems and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Recently qualified with relevant Finance Degree
    • A desire to work in Accounting/Finance and motivation to study for a professional qualification
    • Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills including data manipulation
    • Confident communication skills
    • Be analytical with a problem-solving mindset
    • Demonstrate a high attention to detail
    • Have bags of energy and motivation for continuous improvement to make a difference!
    • Hold strong personal values which align to Weetabix

    The Recruitment Process

    We will aim to give you an update within 2 weeks of your application – if selected, there will be an initial telephone call with one of our Talent team followed by an in-person interview on site here at Burton Latimer in Northamptonshire.

    During your visit you will have the opportunity to meet several members of the Finance team as well as having a site tour to see how and where Weetabix is made; and the opportunity to present your feedback to us. In addition, we’ll be sending you home with a goodie bag containing a range of Weetabix products to enjoy!
