    About the role

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team on a 12–18-month Fixed Term Contract, will become a member of the IT Service Desk who are responsible for providing support for both our production and commercial colleagues. You will become the first point of contact for all IT incidents and requests, providing initial support prior to allocation to appropriate teams.

    The role requires someone who has a real passion for customer service, supported with excellent communication and technical skills. Working within an ITIL and SOx compliant framework, you will adhere and contribute to processes that include Incident, Problem & Change Management.

    Please note you will be expected to work on a ‘on-call’ rota basis which is remunerated in addition to the salary.

    What you will do

    • Provide technical support for incidents within agreed SLA via phone or email
    • Complete all actions relating to requests for new starters, movers, and leavers
    • Complete Active Directory and Application Management – Account Creations, Unlocks, Permissions
    • Support a variety of Microsoft and Production systems
    • Own user's issues and progressing within SLA’s
    • Liaise with internal support and escalate calls as applicable to ensure a resolution is in place
    • Input into the monthly Service Desk report - highlighting business unit concerns and ‘pinch points'
