Job Description

Supporting the management of the new college graduate and summer internship programs within the sales and marketing organization across EMEA. This role requires a high-level understanding of sales and marketing and someone who is highly organized, able to build relationships with internal teams, good leader and mentor and understands policies and procedures that encourage optimum performance of the team.

Objectives

  • Carrying out and attaining the mission and goals of the organization
  • Development of workforce
  • Development of culture that emphasizes quality, continuous learning, key employee retention, development and high performance
  • Personal ongoing development

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting NCG program and leading the summer internships program along with recruiting in region, role requires-
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Planning, directing and supporting operations of organization (interview days, mentorship program, surveys, logistics, etc.)
  • Efficient problem solver
  • Curriculum planning/training
  • Attend and help support in all college recruiting efforts in the Autumn and Spring

  • Recent Graduate
