About the role
Wheatley is looking for an outstanding graduate to join our Ignite graduate programme in housing. Successful applicant will provisionally start in September 2022.
Graduate role will be placed in a housing team in Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dumfries and Galloway. You will primarily work from home with regular travel when required to customers in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dumfries and Galloway and surrounding areas.

What you'll need
To be successful you must
- Have graduated within the last two years with a 2:1 honours degree or higher;
- Be a self-starter who is confident using technology and embraces change. Graduates will lead the way in our digital journey as we continue to work remotely. You will relish the challenge of working on your own initiative;
- Place people at the heart of your decisions;
- Pay attention to detail, but also see the bigger picture by considering the wider environment we work in and the impact of what we do; and
- Meet the role requirements within the specific job profiles.
- Be based or will to relocate to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dumfries and Galloway or surrounding areas.

Salary and benefits
Wheatley Group rewards our people with an exceptional package of benefits.
Successful graduate will earn a starting salary of £27,000 (with the potential to move up to £28,000 after 18 months).
