Our training contract offers four seats and you’ll be in the driving seat when it comes to your career. We’re one of the only firms to guarantee an overseas training seat. Almost all our work is cross-border, so we need mobile lawyers with international experience, outlook and networks.
What you'll do
You’ll rotate through four six-month seats, including one in Finance and one overseas. Build your contentious experience by choosing a seat in Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property or Construction. Alternatively, if contentious work is not for you, you can join the Litigation Training Programme. Your personal preferences are important and we’ll take them into account when finalising your seat rotation.
All our trainees work alongside an experienced supervisor. Their job is to make sure you get plenty of opportunities to expand the skills, knowledge and experience you need to become the best lawyer that you can be.
You will meet our Graduate Resourcing and Development team as you go through the application process, and they will continue to support you throughout your training contract. They will liaise directly with your supervisor about the relevance, variety and volume of work you're doing.
