Role Description
This is an excellent opportunity to develop both personally and professionally in the role of an Occupational Therapist.
It's an exciting time at Wiltshire Council and we have restructured and re-focussed all of our services to better meet the aspirations of people living our community.
You will work with a dedicated supervisor. That support includes regular tailored supervision as well as informal support and ongoing guidance for practice. You will receive monthly ongoing support, training and development sessions; these preceptorship sessions have been designed by our Principal OT to give you a great start to your Occupational Therapy career. Here’s what our recent newly qualified OTs said about how we supported them:

Applicants for this role must have an Occupational Therapy degree or be in their final year.
If successful in interview, we will offer you a post on successful completion of your degree and the opportunity in the interim to be a paid employee as an Occupational Therapy Assistant full or part time ahead of your professional registration on a salary of £32,909 per annum pro rata.
