We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to provide essential support for our in-house recruitment team. The role is offered as a full-time opportunity (37 hours) on a temporary fixed term basis.
The role
You would be joining a well-established team situated in Trowbridge. However, the successful candidate will have the flexibility of working in the office and/or at home on the proviso that they work at least 2/3 days a week in the office.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. In this role, you’ll need to be:
- A confident and articulate communicator
- Exceptionally organised with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable using your initiative and working independently
- Adaptable and collaborative, with a can-do attitude
- Committed to your own growth, actively seeking opportunities to learn and develop within the role.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in administration who is eager to grow their career in recruitment. Although not required, previous experience in recruitment will be viewed favourably and may strengthen your application.
