The role
We are looking for someone who has some experience working with clients in a fast paced environment to jumpstart their career in one of the worlds must meaningful industries!
As a Junior Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in the liaison with clients and often complex logistics surrounding the delivery of our services. Within the delivery team you will support the Account Directors with key account development and strategy, whilst also working closely with the technical teams to effectively plan and schedule projects.
This role will require you to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be making important business decisions on a daily basis, managing multiple tasks at the same time and be responsible for supporting each practice to meet utilisation targets.

Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients on upcoming, on-going and recently completed engagements
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to help increase the revenue stream outside of new business, ensuring that this is aligned with the WithSecure model
- Develop a firm understanding of the strategy for key accounts, supporting the Account Directors with all future account development
- Work with the Account Directors, Consultants and the client to produce proposals, statements of work and project briefs as well as to identify and implement continuous improvement
- Plan and schedule projects to manage client satisfaction, consultant workload and skills development
- Manage change requests and escalate commercial issues as appropriate to the Account Directors
- Continually review project delivery processes to ensure that the client’s service and delivery expectations are met, alongside any specific contractual requirements
- Continually review delivered projects for clients to verify recognised income and ensure invoicing is completed in a timely manner
- Regularly attend and contribute to client Strategic Account Reviews
- Work closely with business areas to ensure that all internal systems are always up to date and accurately reflect the position of the business
- Adhere and keep up to date with compliance regulations, as per company policy
