WFS are looking for an HR Advisor to join our team at London Heathrow. This role is responsible for providing generalist HR support to a defined business area and covers all aspects of HR from recruitment and onboarding through to advising on disciplinary and grievance issues.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR career in a truly generalist role as part of a friendly and close knit team.
Note this role is office based.
Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be
- Working with a defined business area to provide HR advice and guidance on a range of employee issues
- Managing the HR administration for the defined business area including sickness absence monitoring, payroll input, new starter and leaver processes
- Participating in disciplinary and grievance meetings including providing professional advice, ensuring the process and documentation are accurate and ensuring adherence to company policies
- Partnering with the business to ensure people processes are managed correctly
- Reporting of monthly trends, actions and issues and suggesting solutions to the business
To be successful in this role you will need
- A degree or equivalent experience in HR
- Experience of working in a generalist HR environment
- CIPD qualification or working towards one
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail
