    Role Outline and Responsibilities

    We currently have an opportunity for a Project Controls Graduate to be based in our Stockton Office.

    Worley is involved in projects covering a wide range of sectors including refining, petrochemical, bulk commodity chemicals, fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

    Cost

    • Understanding and exposure to all elements of cost control function
    • Produce internal and Client cost reports to an agreed programme on Minor Projects
    • Regular liaison with Engineers, Project Team and Project Accounts / Finance
    • Execute cost and change control in accordance with project and company procedures
    • Understand contract and project scope
    • Assist Lead Cost Engineer with Workshare Project Setup and Cost Reporting

    Planning

    • Prepare and update minor project programmes to incorporate feedback from disciplines and produce appropriate control reports to suit the project requirements
    • Prepare planning information for reports, including schedules, histograms and progress curves, as required
    • Incorporate changes to the scope of work into programmes

    Proposals

    • Assist in Preparation for Proposals following the sales process and working closesly with the sales department, as required
    • Assist in Schedule Development for Proposals in MS Project / Primavera, as required

    General

    • Proficient in all standard Project Controls Systems GBS, Primavera & InControl.
    • Undertake QCF Level 3 and attend all Review Sessions
    • Maintain an efficient working environment
    • Use the standard filing system for all documents
    • Understand EMS/WPMP Guidelines and Procedures
    • Have knowledge and interest of project controls as a discipline
