We are committed to providing training and development which enables our employees to enhance their skills and knowledge; we encourage our graduates to gain further education and professional qualifications. That’s why we’re an accredited trainer for a number of institutions – such as ICE, IMechE, IStructE, IET, CIBSE, CILT. We also support graduates becoming chartered through other professional institutions such as the ILP or SLL.
Our 2 year programme offers a comprehensive and pragmatic approach to developing skills, knowledge and behaviours. The purpose of the scheme is to develop graduates to be technically sound, able to work on multi-disciplinary projects, client facing, and become the professionally qualified future leaders of WSP. A large part of the development will be achieved by working on actual projects and reflecting on those experiences. This is supplemented by a range of courses, seminars and events. These will provide a great opportunity to network, develop business and interpersonal skills, as well as helping to identify strengths and areas for development.
