The CRM team’s primary aim is to achieve sustained profit growth, enriched in-life communications and increased retention. We use data to inform our business decisions and enable us to drive revenue growth across our suite of products.
Who were looking for
The CRM executive will have creative flair, an eye for attention to detail and be a quick learner to pivot in a fast paced environment. This role will support the Head of CRM to manage email requests, build emails in Adobe Campaign with fragments and manage reporting.
What youll be doing
- Coordinating small campaigns including planning, asset briefing, stakeholder management and campaign build.
- Implementing testing plans on content, delivery and data and manage the performance reporting to make data driven recommendations.
- Maintaining automated campaigns to drive continuous improvements to customer retention and lifetime value.
- Using personalisation and dynamic targeting to increase conversion and engagement.
- Interpreting briefs, understanding objectives and managing stakeholders to deliver output on time and accurately.
- Understanding data fields, data structure and permissions to inform complex segmentation in data selection briefs.
What youll need
- Experience of Adobe campaign is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns at the same time, some with conflicting deadlines
- Data-confident and comfortable with complex data sets; experience in reporting and data analysis
- Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring collaboration for delivery
