    Chances are you’ve seen one of our sites dotted around the UK & we work with some of the biggest brands such as Coca-Cola, Ikea, Tesco, Arla Foods, Mercedes Benz and Magnet Kitchens.

    Pay, benefits and more

    • Salary will start at £25,000 per annum and will rise to £26,000 per annum after 12 months
    • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

    • 2-year programme broken down into 3 placements across the UK,
    • Covering a variety of areas including warehousing, transport and projects.

    What you will gain

    • Transport Manager CPC (a qualification that allows you to run a transport operation)
    • CMI Level 3 in Leadership & Management (a fully recognised qualification to help you become an outstanding leader)
    • Full access to our own learning management system, XPO University which will support your ongoing development 
    • We do exciting stuff alongside our hard work with fun days out such as escape rooms or go karting
