Gain a deep understanding of the core business areas during each rotation and actively get involved in projects, problem solving and customer activities
- Willingness to travel and relocate as needed
- Participation in Xylem Watermark volunteer activities
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
- Batchelors or Master’s degree level qualification in a relevant subject
- Previous industry experience by way of a placement would be an advantage
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with other team members locally and globally and at remote sites
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, communicate and influence at all levels
