    Yeo Valley Organic, the UKs number one organic dairy brand is looking for a creative and can-do individual to take on a new role of Marketing Executive supporting the CRM Campaign Manager with developing and executing engaging customer marketing campaigns through our CMS/CRM system within the brand team. We are all here to champion natural, healthy food from regenerative organic farming system to our loyal customers.

    It's an exciting time to join us as we dial up our email marketing campaigns targeting different segments of our database, offering new opportunities to captivate over 1 million-strong online community, improving and boosting engagement with our beloved Yeokens loyalty programme. You will support on our content creation for digital and social media to help drive consumer engagement and create those most talked about mooments.

    You will

    Working closely with the brand team to support content and creativity to drive brand growth and deliver excellence across our CMS. You can be sure that no two days will be the same. Youll be udderly enthusiastic in supporting the creation of high-quality digital communications for Yeo Valley Organic, our loyalty scheme Yeokens and promoting visiting the real Valley.

    You are

    Passionate about leveraging digital to create connections and enjoy solving complex problems. Alongside a sharp eye for detail, a natural flair for writing and impeccable spelling and grammar. You should be confident that you can demonstrate the following:

    • Can do, positive attitude (reflecting Yeos personality)
    • Up to two-years work experience within a Marketing environment
    • Degree or equivalent qualification ideally within marketing
    • Experience with Microsoft software and Adobe suite desirable
    • Proven time management and organisational skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Has an understanding and experience with paid advertising channels (META, Google, Pinterest etc.)
    • Brave and open minded. Happy to fail forwards and embrace the learnings.
    • Supporting the CRM Campaign Manager on the creation of compelling and original content for BAU email campaigns, and other marketing materials
    • Maintain and support with content population of the Experience website.
    • Work closely with the Event team ensuring experience communications are integrated across our digital marketing channels
    • Copywriting and proof-reading skills
    • Collating and reporting on a broad range of brand metrics or KPIs.
