    About the role

    We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our London team. Your mission is to help expand Yieldify’s customer base using prospecting strategies to initiate the first outreach with potential customers. Success is based on the size and quality of the meetings pipeline you generate for the sales team.

    Key responsibilities include

    • Generate leads using cold email, cold calling, social selling and networking
    • Handle objections combining an understanding of customer needs and Yieldify solutions with emotional intelligence
    • Communicate the differentiating value and benefits of Yieldify’s technology and services
    • Use tools like HubSpot and Outreach to effectively scale output, optimize processes and enable oversight

    We’re looking for someone with

    • 1 year experience in cold calling, lead generation etc. preferred.
    • Exceptional persuasion skills: emotional intelligence, active listening, logic & reasoning and negotiation.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
    • Amazing persistence from follow-up to closing
    • Hubspot CRM knowledge is desirable
