The Your Trust Graduate Trainee Manager Programme will give you a wide range of knowledge and most importantly experience to help you develop a leadership career within the field of culture, leisure, fitness, swimming, sports and wellness. You will also get a whole range of additional qualifications and the opportunity to see how the industry works.
This Graduate Trainee Manager Programme has been designed to develop and support ambitious, motivated and capable team members or new applicants to progress in a leadership and management. During the Programme, you will work with every department within Your Trust with the view that, upon completion, you will be equipped to assume the role of a manager within one of our Teams. The programme is anticipated to last between one and two years but is dependent on individual progress; future progression will also be discussed and developed throughout the Programme.
What You Will Be Doing
Your role will be to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust whilst on a Graduate Trainee Manager Programme. This includes supporting Your Trust Management Teams across Leisure, Culture, Development and Business Support with the day to day running of their service whilst completing a number of operational improvement projects and development activity leading to the achievement of a range of skills to enable a successful career in the leisure, cultural or community sector.

- Qualified to Degree level, ideally 2:1 or above
