    We are reinforcing our Core Technology team by offering a 12 Month Student Placement (£18,500 per year) at Blythe Valley Park, Solihull starting in September 2023.

    Our projects encompass the full development lifecycle, from research, through to product development, then on to prototype, testing and production.

    Your tasks:

    • Working on a range of technology developments, initiatives and projects; and in some instances, taking a lead role
    • You will be working in the areas of:
      • Competitive Analysis
      • Component Engineering
      • Global Manufacturing Technology
      • PCB Core Technology
      • Product Stewardship & Sustainability
      • PCBA Robustness Analysis
      • Assembly site placement

    About you

    • Undergraduate or graduate student who has completed at least two years of a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics/Materials or similar, looking for a one-year placement
    • Good grades and willingness to learn
    • Showing engagement and willing to take on challenging assignments across a broad technical range from Printed Circuit Board Technology, Electronic Component Engineering and Electronics Manufacturing for high reliability, safety related automotive applications
    • Keen interest in developing their career within a technology driven, high reliability manufacturing and innovative design environment
