    We are looking for a graduate to join our IT Department as a Graduation Application Analyst for an Identity & Access Management environment.

    The position will be located at the ZF Hub located near Solihull (UK) but will involve collaborating with team members across the globe.

    The role would suit a recent graduate who is looking for their first position in the area of application support for a large multi-national company.

    Responsibilities 

    • Monitoring day-to-day operation of the IAM environment and intervening where necessary to ensure optimal performance
    • Check and deploy development packages to the production environment
    • Check & perform adhoc bulk data changes
    • Specify and/or develop bug-fixes for issues identified in the production environment
    • Participate in Business and IT projects as a representative of the IAM Platforms team

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science or a similar field
    • Excellent written & verbal communication
    • A passion to learn both technical and soft skills
    • The ability to work independently and take the initiative when required
    • Experience with at least one programming language and an understanding of databases and SQL queries would be an advantage
