They’re a rare mix of creative problem solvers and number whizzes with a passion for translating numbers into business opportunities and delivering insights to drive decision-making. They're also strong communicators with the ability to story-tell with data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
We have an intake of graduate talent every year with a thorough training programme in place in your first couple of months with the aim of building your technical and commercial knowledge and setting you up for success.

Our ultimate goal is to nurture and develop junior talent with a focus on progression instead of rotation, unlike more traditional graduate schemes. This means that from day one in the role you'll have the opportunity to make real meaningful impact.
We have a clear progression framework in place with multiple specialist tracks available depending on your interest, skills and career aspirations. If product strategy is your thing you could progress into a Product Management role; if you’d like to stay closer to quantitative analytics and machine learning you might specialize in Credit Risk or Data Science.
