What can I look forward to?
As a Change and Technology Management graduate, you’ll get to develop your technical and analytical skills to help drive the implementation of critical business decisions. You can expect to take on real responsibilities right from the start and understand the way we manage change. You’ll gain experience across a number of disciplines, including business analytics, project management and IT architecture, always thinking on your feet and finding ways to protect the things people love.
Over this three-year rotational programme, you could work in a number of our UK offices. But no matter where you are, you’ll get to learn from some of our most talented colleagues in the business, who will encourage and guide you to be your best. What’s more, your achievements will be rewarded with regular reviews and pay increases. You may even have the opportunity to work abroad – we are a global company after all!
What you’ll need:
- A 2:1 degree (predicted or achieved) in any undergraduate discipline
- At least 112 UCAS points – BBC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies
- A-C grade in Maths and English GCSE
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
