What can I look forward to?
As a Finance graduate, you’ll work with business-facing and corporate finance teams in a fast-paced environment on tasks that include financial reporting, management accounting, business partnering, expense analysis and treasury management. It’s all about building a strong understanding of our business and our culture, thinking on your feet and finding ways to protect the things people love.
Over the three-year rotational programme, you could move around our UK office network. But no matter what office you’re in, you’ll get to learn from some of our most talented colleagues in the business, who will encourage and guide you to be your best. You can expect a comprehensive support and study programme to achieve your professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) and what’s more, your achievements will be rewarded with regular reviews and pay increases. You may even have the opportunity to work abroad – we are a global company after all!
What you’ll need
- A 2:1 degree (predicted or achieved) in any undergraduate discipline
- At least 112 UCAS points – BBC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies
- A-C grade in Maths and English GCSE
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
