Why did you choose this firm and this role?
WTW is a company which focuses on developing its employees which was key to me. The reinsurance intern role will allow me to gain an insight to the industry and allow me to achieve my aspiration of becoming a broker.
What was the toughest part of the application process? And your favourite part?
The video interview was the toughest part, as it was very different and a bit nerve racking. The assessment centre was my favourite part.
