What motivated you to apply for your role?
“Aspen has a friendly and successful atmosphere."
"I could see myself thriving in the company as their values aligned with my personal values.”
What was the application process like?
“First, I had to do a series of online tests, then I did a video interview.
I then attended an in-person assessment centre in London where I had to do group work, a pre-prepared presentation and an interview.
I was surprised that only four other candidates were invited to the assessment centre.”
What was your application journey like?
“I did a lot of research into what the role entailed and previous work the company had done. I was most nervous for the assessment centre as it was my first one, but everyone was so welcoming which meant I felt relaxed and enjoyed the day.”
How did Bright Network help you secure your role?

What are your tips for people looking to follow in your footsteps?
“I’d recommend doing lots of research on the company, staying calm in video interviews and remember that you don’t necessarily have to lead in the group work."
"Support the team, bring good ideas to the table and challenge ideas you don’t necessarily agree with in a respectful manner.”
