After hearing about the role through Bright Network, Jessica has done fantastically to secure a role at Babcock, the UK’s leading engineering support services organisation. 

Why did you choose this firm and this role?: 

Babcock is a well-established firm with a solid graduate programme, I want to be able to develop as an engineer and this role will allow me to do so. 

What was the toughest part of the application process? And your favourite part?: 

I had to attend a two-day assessment centre which was very difficult, but was also my favourite part as I was able to network with other applicants. 

Were you surprised by anything in the process?: 

How friendly all the assessors were, as it is easy to forget that they would like you to be successful in the process too! 

What three top tips would you give your fellow Bright Network members?: 

1. Do your research into the company.

2. Be yourself throughout the whole application process.
