A huge well done to Graceson who, after attending our annual Bright Network Festival, has secured himself a Graduate Role at the professional services firm Deloitte. Graceson is set to graduate from UCL this summer with a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and will join the firm in September as a Technology Consultant Analyst.
What was the toughest part of the application process? And your favourite part?
The toughest part of the application was the video interview as I had never done one before, as a result, it was difficult to prepare for.
My favorite part, however, would be the assessment day as it wasn't as stressful as I was expecting it and the Partner made me feel very relaxed during the interview.
What three top tips would you give your fellow Bright Network members?
Tip 1: Make sure you know your role inside out.
Tip 2: Research the company values.
Tip 3: Try to be as relaxed as possible during the interview.
