Securing a graduate role with Vodafone - Top tips from Remi

Created on 10 Aug 2017

Business Analytics graduate Remi has landed a place on Vodafone’s Graduate Scheme! Remi had a chat with us about the application process and how Bright Network’s website and emails helped her out.

What drew you to apply for Vodafone?

I really liked the look of the variety of work on offer through their rotational placement – it’s a good way of getting a taste of everything on offer. I’m particularly looking forward to working in the Business Intelligence team.

Tell us about the application process?

It seemed to go really fast, and I attended the first paperless assessment centre run by Vodafone which was good fun as everything was conducted on tablets. It was also great to meet other graduates and get a tour of the building. The interview itself was more of a relaxed conversation and didn’t feel so much like an interview, which was great.

What would be your top tips for members looking to follow in your footsteps?

Don’t give up! Keep on applying to roles even if you face rejections. Be open to roles, your first perception might not be accurate, so make sure you do some research.

How has Bright Network helped?

I saw the role on Bright Network’s website and it was really simple to apply. Bright Network has also called me about certain roles, which is great, and I really appreciate their emails and articles.
