We caught up with Dan after he started his exciting new role as a Product Specialist. We wanted to find out why he chose Board Intelligence and how the application process was for him.
Why did you choose Board Intelligence?
My first introduction to Board Intelligence (BI) was through Bright Network. I was contacted by a very friendly recruiter - Julia. During our phone call, she discussed BI and what their mission was. I immediately became interested and believed I suited this company; once I saw their offices and members of my team, I knew I wanted to work for them.
How did you find the application process? Were there any bits you particularly enjoyed? Or found challenging?
My application process was incredibly quick. Within a week, I had my initial conversation with Julia, to a face-to-face with Jari at Board Intelligence and a subsequent offer! Julia was incredibly prompt at setting up my interviews with Jari, as well as providing me with useful tips about what to expect. I was made to feel very relaxed during both my telephone and face-to-face interviews; this ensured I was my true self. Julia even sent a good luck message before my final interview, which helped ease my nerves!
