Whilst studying Economics at the University of Leeds, Bright Network member Rebecca has done fantastically to land a place on Deloitte's Spring Insight programme.
Why did you choose this firm and this role?
I wanted to know more about Deloitte and the different areas it offered as I don't really know what I want to do with my career yet. I liked Deloitte because of it's diversity and innovation.
What was the toughest part of the application process? And your favourite part?
The toughest part was probably the numerical test, but I think that's the same for most applications (there was no assessment centre). The best part was that one of the stages was done on an app where you play with fireflies.
Were you surprised by anything in the process?
I was surprised by how welcoming Deloitte were, we were put up in a very posh hotel and received all our meals for free.

Be yourself, research and practice tests before taking them.
