The event will take the following format:

As part of your sponsorship package you benefit from an exhibition space that allows for up to two pull-up banners in the main exhibition area. Bright Network will provide each sponsor 1 trestle table and 2 chairs.
We highly suggest that you have your stand and promotional items/brochures sent by Tuesday 27th March due to the very small window available on Wednesday morning for delivery and set-up before the event begins.

Access an exceptional talent pool
Identify future leaders for your business from underrepresented groups
Position your firm as a pioneer in social mobility, diversity and inclusion
Bright Network's Diversity & Inclusion Conference is an all-day event of inspirational and aspirational content, which gives you a platform to empower and engage with 200+ pre-screened undergraduates from diverse groups. If you missed our inaugural Diversity & Inclusion event last year, this short video will give you a feel for the event.
All students attending the event will have passed a competitive selection process to gain a place at the conference. Student profiles on the day will be as follows:
Non-selective state school-educated members or those who are first generation to go to university
Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic members
Some of our brightest female members
Members from the LGBT+ community
Members who have disclosed a disability
To ensure we have selected a range of diverse members we used the following methods to assess applicants: academic attainment at school and university, home postcode data, Polar 4 data, and demonstration of extracurricular activities beyond academia. All attendees have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and/or a visa.
