It was fantastic to network and hear from panellists and gain insight into Banking careers. Being Black it has also given me confidence in progressing into this career.

It was fantastic to be able to listen to and learn about the unique career paths of many successful BAME speakers and interact with business leaders at the event. I gained several invaluable insights into the banking industry and was able to understand more about each firm’s commitment to celebrating inclusion and diversity in the workplace and beyond. A special thanks to Bright Network and all of its supporting partner firms for putting on this insightful event.

I was able to gain an insight into how the banks such as Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Rothschild & Co are tackling the issue of diversity within the workplace. I was able to hear first hand from employees about what their firm has to offer, their personal experiences within their job roles and the opportunities available to students in particular. I want to thank Bright Network for the opportunity to network with other students, attend panel sessions and have discussions with individuals from different banks.
