    As the Graduate Wellbeing Ambassador, Will works closely with new starter Graduates to assist them in smoothly transitioning from academic life to the professional environment, through providing specifically tailored training and providing 1-2-1 mentoring support. He works closely with the HR/Recruitment coordinator to conduct interviews for our new Graduate hires

    First point of contact for all recruitment related enquiries. Harpal is responsible for the beginning to end recruitment process for hiring of all our graduates, this includes short-listing candidates for interview, coordinating the Assessment Centre day, communicating Offers and arranging Graduate social events for new starters.
