What attracted you to Mondrian?
When choosing my first job I was looking for a company that saw the individual as more than their university and degree, I found that with Mondrian in the Finance team. Throughout the graduate program I took on a wide range of work and was constantly learning new technical and soft skills while being part of a close knit team.
Since finishing the graduate program, Mondrian has sponsored me to complete my ACA qualification and given me the opportunity to work with the senior managers and directors of the company. This culture of support in continued professional development is something which had initially attracted me to Mondrian.
