We receive thousands of applications for our graduate roles and we'd rather you show us what you can do.
You will be sent a link to a 20-minute numerical and critical thinking test which will give us valuable insight into what you might excel at in an analyst role here at Zopa.
Once you complete your assessment we will aim to get feedback to you within one week.
If you pass the assessment, we will progress you to the next stage…
Important
If you usually get extra time in your exams at school or university, you will have the option to self-identify before you start your assessment. This will not impact your score or application in any way. We want to ensure equal opportunity for all.

Next, Olivia or Haron (who work in the Talent team at Zopa) will give you a quick 15-minute call to discuss your application.
We will cover all the important stuff like location, salary, motivations for the role, right to work and an overview of the next stage (an on-site assessment day at Zopa HQ!)

What will the assessment day look like?

The day will look something like this…
9:30 am - Candidates arrive and are greeted by smiling Zopa team members!
10:00 am - First case study
11:00 am - 15-minute break
11:15 am - Second case study
12:15 am - Lunch with previous graduates and wider team
1:00 pm - Intro and Q&A from Product, Data & Credit and Commercial Leaders across Zopa
1:45 pm - End of assessment day - completed it!
