About New College of the Humanities

NCH offers a broader liberal arts curriculum comprising 20 modules - significantly more than the standard 12-module undergraduate degree. Students combine their University of London degree course, with four modules from another degree subject and three Core Modules which are Applied Ethics, Logic & Critical Thinking, and Science Literacy. Students also complete the College’s unique Professional Programme, which foster the skills necessary for success in a wide range of careers.

To reflect this breadth of study, each student graduates with the dual award of a University of London degree and the New College of the Humanities Diploma. New College of the Humanities (NCH) provides a learning environment where every student is treated as an individual, and where every staff member is committed to helping students realise their academic, personal and professional potential. The combination of more contact hours, more modules and smaller tuition groups has led to twice the student satisfaction of the Russell Group universities.
